1. What is the Southern Champions Cup?
The Southern Champions Cup is a competitive event celebrating the best in local talent. Contestants will showcase their skills and compete for top honors.

2. When and where is the event taking place and how do I apply to be a vendor?
The event will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at New Heights Brewing in Nashville, Tennessee. Vendor Sign-up here.

3. What time does setup begin?
Contestant and vendor setup is available between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the day of the event. Please arrive early to ensure you have enough time to get ready before the event kicks off.

4. What are the payment deadlines?
All payments for participation are due by November 15th, 2024. Please ensure that payment is made on time to secure your spot, Check or Cash.

5. How can I register to participate?
To register as a contestant or vendor, visit our official website here or contact the event organizers directly. Return completed form to info@jointeffortsmedia.com.

6. What types of businesses can vend at this event?
Any type of businesses is allowed to apply to be a vendor, but only hemp brands that have entered the competition are allowed to vend and showcase their hemp brands and products (other than sponsors). A perk to entering the cup quickly is the ability to reserve one of the 20 booths saved for competitors. Showcase your brand and let the world see what you have to offer!

7. Will there be any pre-event Q&A sessions?
Yes! We’re hosting ‘Road to the Cup’ Q&A events across three locations in Tennessee during November 2024. These events are a great opportunity to ask questions and meet other participants.

8. What is the expected event schedule?
Event setup is between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, with the competition and activities starting later in the afternoon.
